Imaginative HNT. I agree, Blogger photos are almost impossible now. I host my pics at geocities now - uploading (up to 5 photos at a time) is easy once you've figured out how to get to their File Manager page.
Alternatively, use Firfox instead of IE. The problem is in IE, not Blogger.
